These terms cover the flekks app and flekks.app, provided by FLEKKS LLC.

Who can use flekks

flekks is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your account credentials private and use accurate account information. flekks is available on the App Store in the United States; a free account includes Breathe, the day’s recommended stretch and photo sharing with your circle.

Stretch within your comfort

flekks offers general fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Move within a comfortable range and stop if a movement hurts. Seek appropriate professional advice for injuries or health concerns.

Sharing allowance

A free account includes 100 shared flekks per calendar month. Either membership includes 300 total per month. Each successfully published photo counts once, even when sent to a whole circle. Direct photos and photo replies count too. Receiving photos, reactions, private saves, failed sends and retries do not consume another send. Each friend who joins flekks through your personal invite link adds a +50 bonus to your monthly total, up to the cap shown in the app.

Allowances reset on the 1st at 00:00 UTC; the app shows your next reset in your local time. Unused sends do not roll over. Upgrading increases your total to 300 minus sends already used; when membership expires, your total returns to 100 minus sends already used. Existing memories remain. There are no automatic overage charges.

Temporary safety, abuse-prevention or service-budget limits may pause new sharing. The app explains a pause and preserves your private draft. These pauses do not create an overage charge or silently erase existing memories.

Subscriptions

The monthly US reference price is $2.99 and the annual US reference price is $29.99, billed in full each year. Apple confirms the actual price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. There is no free trial. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Older AI-credit subscriptions do not unlock practice membership.

Your content and your people

You retain ownership of your photos and grant us permission to process, moderate, store and deliver the content you choose to share for this service. Only share content you have the right to share, and ask permission before including someone else. Circle newcomers can see the circle’s shared history. Follow our community rules. We may restrict access or remove content that violates these rules or threatens other users or the service.

Help and changes

We may update the service or these terms, with notice of material changes where appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply to you under law. For account, service or billing questions, Email app support.
