Do I need a membership to start?
No. Breathe and the day’s recommended stretch are free every day, with the full timer, and sending flekks is free. Every other routine and Create a reset need a membership: $29.99 a year or $2.99 a month, with no free trial.
Is sending photos free?
Yes. A free account sends 100 photos a month; members send 300. Each friend who joins through your invite link adds +50 a month, up to a cap shown in the app.
Who sees my photos?
Only the friends you choose when you send. They appear on those friends’ Friend photos widgets and in their Circle, and they can reply. flekks never uploads your address book, and Health data stays on your iPhone.
What are Flekks icons?
Our own movement icon palette. In a stretch they show the shape you are making; on a photo they sit beside your emoji and text.
Is this a medical program?
No. Go slowly and stop if something hurts. flekks is a stretch and breathing practice for adults 18 and older, not a diagnosis or a treatment.
